Our goal is to make your family's first visit a wonderful experience! Once you arrive come to our New Family Check-In table inside the Commons. A Kids Point Team member will greet you and gather some basic information about your family and provide you with security tags. We will then walk you to your child's room and make sure they are as comfortable as possible in a new environment.

The safety of your child is of utmost importance to us. To ensure that safety, we ask that every child be checked in at one of our check-in stations. Parents will receive two tags per child: your child will wear a name-tag, and parents will keep the corresponding security tag for pick-up. When you're ready to pick-up your child, present your matching security tag to your child’s leader. No one is allowed to enter the Kids Area without a security tag.
