Directional TEAM
FOR THE FAMILY OF CHURCHES
The Directional Team consists of Elders that represent each church in the family. This team oversees the Lead Team and makes decisions on behalf of the whole family of churches.
LEAD TEAM
The Lead Team consists of the Lead Pastors of each church and the Central Executive Pastors. They function as a collaborative team where each member carries authority in leading in a specific area according to their gifting in order to help the whole family of churches function in unity and health.

Central team
The Central Team focuses on support, sending, and leadership by creating processes, frameworks, and resources each church can utilize as well as strategies to reach our state, nation, and world. The Central Team is overseen by the Central Executive Pastors and provides Communications, Design, Technology, Production, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, Global Engage, and National Engage for each church.
