REGULAR RHYTHMS

THE GATHERING

We will “gather” three times in the year followed by a fall retreat.  These are special planned events where men will come together in a larger setting for a time of worship, fellowship, and teaching. 
 
The concept and frequency came from Exodus when God told Moses to have the men of Israel appear before Him three times a year. Because of their obedience, God promised to drive out nations before them and enlarge their territory, and no one would covet their land when they went up three times each year to appear before the Lord God. This is a powerful reminder of obedience leading to blessing, of men gathering in obedience to God’s commandment.

WE BELIEVE WE GROW IN GROUPS

Fireside Chat Groups + Men’s Fellowship Groups

Community is essential to the growth of a man. These groups are designed for 4-6 men in a more casual setting meeting 1-2 times per month. When we listen to the story of another brother, we find that they are telling our story too. A friend shares his weakness, and I am strengthened by it. Another shares his experience and it fills a hole in my own story.
